At Wyoming Harbor Kids it is our hope that every kid experiences a fun space where they are known by name and introduced to the love of Jesus. Here is what you can expect at our gathering…
When you arrive be sure to look for signs for our Kids Entrance. This will lead you down stairs to our check-in station where one of our volunteers will help you register your children. At check in, each child is given a name tag with a code and each parent is given a tag with a matching code that you will use to pick up your child after service if your child is birth to age 5.
Children in grades 1 – 5: GO or WAIT is written on their tags. Children with GO will be released to meet their family at the end of service. Children with WAIT will stay with their leader until a caregiver comes to pick them up with the pick up card. The GO or WAIT status is chosen by the parent or guardian of the child
Children birth – kindergarten: After check-in, you will be able to walk your child to their designated areas and share any information necessary with their leader. During the service, only background-checked Harbor Kids Team Members will have access to Harbor Kids. If you need to get into Harbor Kids during the service please see the check-in team for assistance. Should we need to contact you during the service we will either text you or come find you within the worship setting. All children birth-kindergarten are considered WAIT and must have a caregiver with a matching sticker come pick them up.
