What To Expect
With Walker Harbor Church you can expect to experience people who care deeply about the people of Walker, which simply catapults us to caring deeply about all people everywhere. If you step into a gathering of Walker Harbor, you can expect to experience
- an environment that is relaxed and embracing
- relevant and thoughtful teaching
- age appropriate kids opportunities (birth through grade 5)
- people who care about living as good news for the city of Walker
Walker Harbor Church gathers every Sunday morning at 10am. The dress is casual and it isn’t rare to see shorts and flip flops in the summer. We want you to feel at home when you arrive so we do our best to create a comfortable, welcoming space.
As you walk in the door, you’ll experience friendly and welcoming people who are ready to help you find your way through the building. You’ll find an area where you can grab a cup of coffee and share in a conversation. We make it a priority to welcome every person with hospitality.
Our Nursery ministry (birth – 4 years) runs for the duration of the gathering on most Sundays. Our elementary aged children are cheered on and sent to age appropriate classrooms during the gathering, where they can expect a fun, dynamic learning experience with caring and thoughtful adult staff and volunteers. Our Kids staff and volunteers will be happy to get your kids registered.
Our worship gathering is designed to be practice based, so whatever it is we are leaning into and learning, we want to offer practices both within the gathering and for you to take into your day to day world. We desire to provide relevant, practical, and deeply meaningful teaching that is accessible no matter how familiar or unfamiliar you may be with the Bible.
Throughout your time with us, we hope you experience belonging whether you are joining us for the first time or have joined us many times before. Be sure to stop at Connecting Point, where you will find someone who can answer questions or help you get connected. We look forward to meeting you!
