In the Scriptures, we often find Jesus walking alongside His disciples as they each take countless next steps, making countless shifts toward a deeper and more expansive faith, community, and mission. From this we learn that the journey of faith is about continually taking next steps as we, together, become more like Jesus and help others do the same. Here at Harbor Churches, we create communities of belonging centered on Jesus where people are formed and sent to be the good news. A crucial part of being a disciple is being a disciple-maker. As we are being transformed to become more like Jesus, we can simultaneously help others do the same. Essentially, we invite all who follow Christ to take next steps toward loving God and loving others.
