We are so excited to have you visit Harbor Kids at Fair Haven Church! You will see a smiling face ready to get you all set to go to Harbor Kids! Our team members will be at the check-in station and would love to assist you with the check-in process. At check-in, each child is given a name tag with a code and each parent is given a tag with a matching code that you will use to pick up your child after service if your child is birth to age 5.
For children in grades 1 – 5, GO or WAIT is printed on their tags. Children with GO will be released to meet their family at the end of service. Children with WAIT will stay with their leader until a caregiver comes to pick them up with the pick-up card. The GO or WAIT status is chosen by the parent or guardian of the child.
All children birth – kindergarten are considered WAIT and will only be released to a caregiver with a corresponding pick up tag. After check-in, you will be able to walk your child to their small group room and share any necessary information with their leader at this time. A Harbor Kids volunteer will assist you with finding the correct room. During the service, only background-checked Harbor Kids Team Members will have access to Harbor Kids. If you need to get into Harbor Kids during the service, please see the check-in team or a safety team member for assistance. The code on your child’s pick up tag will appear in the bottom left corner of the worship center side screens if you are needed during service. Please report to the appropriate area your child is attending programming at as quickly as possible if you see that code appear during the service.
*If your pick up tag can not be located, you will be asked for a valid drivers license.
Not Registered? No problem! If you’d like to come prepared, you may print this registration form and bring it completed. (If not, we’ll have a registration form waiting for you at one of the check-in kiosks!)
