Hand2Hand partners with local churches and schools to provide a backpack filled with supplemental food that bridges the gap of weekend hunger. Each week, Harbor Churches partners with Hand2Hand feeding over 500 children in our local schools.

Each month, a grocery donation list of needed food items is shared in the campuses weekly emails and on their social media pages.

Hand2Hand is a great opportunity to volunteer at any of our campuses whether it be by packing backpacks with food each week or delivering the backpacks to the schools. We also write encouraging notes to the students and pray over the backpacks each week.
